1. What is the name of the airport, what time of day is it, and where in the airport are you located?

Mumbai International Airport - Chatrapati Shivaji International Airport (named after the great Maratha King Shivaji)
The Airport is located in Andheri which is a suburb in Mumbai
12.45 EST

2. What are the most amazing and helpful amenities at this airport?

The Immigration is quick and hassle free. The check-in staff and airport officials are courteous compared to some years back. The most amazing thing is just 2 years back there was just a handful or airport lounges and some coffee stalls. But now it has a food court, couple of theme bars, a good public announcement system, restaurants, Wi-Fi and massage place.

3. Do you notice anything that is out of place or that disturbs your experience of the airport?

The rest rooms can be cleaner but much better than before.

4. If something unusually pleasant or unusually disturbing has happened to you inside the airport, please describe.

not really ... quite peaceful and hassle free wait

5. Any suggestions of what to try out if other travelers are in this airport?

There is a Bollywood theme café which looks enticing.

6. What is the quality of the Wi-Fi, and are there are any text-based coupons or offers delivered to your smart phone? Do you take advantage of them?

Very good quality, quick connection and reasonable rates that can be signed up on the browser. They send the username and password on the Hand Phone. Mine is an international number the sms was instant.
